Suit to recover for personal injuries resulting from an injury to the plaintiff's arm when a door of the defendant's bus closed thereon while she was attempting to board it. The accident occurred in the city of Milwaukee on January 30, 1958. The case was tried to the court and a jury. A special verdict was not requested, and the court submitted a general verdict. The jury returned a verdict of $13,500. Judgment was granted the plaintiff and the defendant appealed. HALLOWS, Justice.
